Our sales engineering department performs many functions. They support the consulting engineer during the design and drawings process, create control sequences of operations, program sequences using Automated Logic's advanced logic program, EIKON LogicBuilder, and train our customers on the full operations of Automated Logic's WebCTRL system software. Our sales engineering team will develop an implementation plan and apply the highest level of control engineering to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
Our project management team insures that your control system meets all design requirements. They supervise the job from the initial sale, through engineering design, energy studies, sales involvement and construction. The project manager will be your point of contact during the first year for support and service.
After the engineering phase is complete, we custom program each system according to the customer's particular needs. Our programmers are not only skilled in computer programming, but also have years of DDC and HVAC field experience and a keen sense of the customer service experience. Our programming provides the customer with a summary of what the building is doing at any time, right at their fingertips, while saving energy, running more efficiently and maintaining comfort for the occupants. Our full service installation and commissioning team contains factory trained controls professionals and licensed installers for both controls and mechanical. Our service technicians are 100% trained for both mechanical and control issues. Gulfstream Controls' service program addresses an extensive list of maintenance items for your building automation system's software and hardware during each visit. At any time of the day or night, our dedicated team will answer your call and put you in touch with a Field Foreman who can solve issues remotely or, if necessary, on site within 4 hours. Our Service Department stands ready to answer the call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Once a project is commissioned, it is turned over to the Automation Service Department for ongoing maintenance and support. Gulfstream Controls is proud to deliver superior maintenance service thanks to the depth of experience of our technicians and engineers. Our technicians average more than 15 years in the industry and have the technical "know-how" to solve problems quickly and effectively. In addition, our maintenance team works together closely to provide back-up resources for problem situations, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Gulfstream Controls also provides more maintenance flexibility to our customers. An 8-hour maintenance contract can be utilized on different days at varying hours depending on the customers' needs. Our maintenance contracts are customized to complement the buildingís own resources and capabilities.
